🇳🇱 Nederlandse versie: Sinsou toegang geven tot je Alumio-omgeving

The problem

We want to help, but we can't get into your Alumio environment. For example because it's a new environment, because the colleague who added us has left, or because the Sinsou user was removed.

The cause

Only users with the Administrator or System administrator role can add other users in Alumio. So Sinsou can't add itself. Someone on your side with one of those roles has to do it.

The solution

  1. Log in to your Alumio environment with an account that has the Administrator or System administrator role.
  2. Go to More → Access control → Users.
  3. Click +.
  4. Enter this email address: [email protected]
  5. Choose the role Administrator. This lets us manage the integrations and add Sinsou colleagues ourselves when needed.
  6. Save and let us know it's done. We log in and set up the required MFA.

Which roles are there?

Role What this role can do
System administrator The highest level. Can create, edit and delete Spaces, assign Data Engines to Spaces and add users to Spaces. Has access to all Spaces.
Administrator Full access, including adding and managing users.
Editor Can create, edit, delete and run configurations and processes. Cannot manage users.
Viewer Read-only. Can view configurations, run processes, export data and use the Transformer tester. Cannot create, edit or delete anything.

According to Alumio, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all users. Alumio supports multiple login methods, including Google, Microsoft, Azure AD, SAML and Okta.
